Molly is President & Founder of Golden State Strategy Group, a California based political strategy and fundraising company.  She has held positions in both the government and political arena. In 2003, she began her career working for the Arnold Schwarzenegger for Governor campaign and then went on to serve in the Governor’s administration in several capacities.

Molly began her fundraising career in 2006 as Deputy Finance Director for the California Republican Party. She was quickly promoted to Finance Director and eventually Chief Financial Officer. During her time raising funds for the largest Republican State Party organization in the country, Molly built an expertise in creating and enhancing fundraising programs from top to bottom.

In 2012 Molly started her company, Golden State Strategy Group.  The company is celebrating over a decade since it’s formation, and during that time Molly has successfully executed fundraising campaigns for a variety of clients including the California Republican Party, Speaker Kevin McCarthy, the Congressional Leadership Fund Super PAC as well as Gubernatorial, Ballot Measure, Congressional, Senate, Assembly and County Supervisor campaigns.  Molly has raised over $200 Million for campaigns in 17 years of political fundraising. 

Molly was born and raised in San Diego and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder.  Molly and her husband, Jake, live in Sacramento and have three children, Jack, Parker and Ben.
